The mid-market is stuck between the wrong two options.

Companies between $50M and $750M live in a service dead zone. The local MSP can keep the lights on — but has never run ERP across ten plants, survived a SOX or TISAX audit, or presented a technology roadmap to a PE board. The big consulting firms have — but they reserve their senior people for enterprise and financial-services accounts, and send everyone else a polished deck and a junior delivery team.
