Strategy and execution, under one roof.
Six practice areas spanning the full Microsoft estate — ERP, leadership, custom development, data, security, and AI-enabled delivery. Every engagement is staffed by the senior practitioner who does the work.
Microsoft ERP & Business Systems
The Microsoft ERP market is moving to Business Central — fast. Thousands of companies are mid-migration from legacy NAV or AX, or recovering from an implementation that went sideways. Integrated IT has deep hands-on experience across the full lifecycle — pre-sales scoping, implementation, customization, integration, upgrade, and post-go-live rescue — built over 15+ ERP engagements across three decades.
Proof / experience
15+ ERP implementations, migrations, and rescues spanning NAV 2009 through Business Central 2024, Dynamics AX, and D365 Finance & Operations. Highlights: a NAV implementation at a $2B public company — stalled two years across 13 vendors and $9M spent — completed in 3 months; an AX 2012 → Business Central migration at a $1B+ building products manufacturer; a D365 F&O rescue for a footwear manufacturer supplying retail and every branch of the U.S. military; a 10-plant Business Central rollout (7 US, 3 Mexico) at a PE-backed automotive supplier; and a Business Central POS integration rescue at a multi-location compounding pharmacy after a failed third-party implementation.
Fractional CIO / CTO / vCISO
Senior technology leadership for companies that need executive-level judgment without a full-time hire. Active operational engagement: steering committees, vendor accountability, project rescue, and business-technology alignment that actually gets things done.
Proof / experience
Global CIO of a >$750M multinational consumer products manufacturer — €17M budget, teams across the US, UK, EMEA, Australia, and Hong Kong, with GDPR, CCPA, and PCI-DSS compliance obligations. CTO of a logistics-visibility technology platform, where security and privacy programs helped win Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 contracts. Interim IT Director at a PE-backed automotive supplier, delivering an IT risk heatmap and 18-month roadmap directly to ownership. Dynamics CRM, Customer Service, and Field Service strategy and partner selection for a $2B national security services provider.
Systems Integration & Custom Development
This is where Integrated IT separates from typical advisory firms. The code gets written here — not handed off. Custom portals, API integrations, workflow automation, EDI pipelines, and full application development using modern tooling and AI-accelerated delivery.
Proof / experience
Personally developed an in-house integration platform (Python / .NET) that eliminated third-party transaction charges equal to roughly 30% of a client's gross revenue — effectively self-funding the engineering team. Built EDI automation and validation tooling that cut customer/vendor chargebacks 80% from a $2M+ annual high. Led a full-stack replatform from a 22,000-line Razor Pages monolith to 80,000+ lines across four surfaces — operator platform, consumer web app, .NET API, and mobile — in under two months using AI-agentic development workflows.
Data, Reporting & Operational Visibility
Most mid-market companies have data locked inside ERP, SQL Server, and spreadsheets — and executives making decisions without seeing it clearly. This practice builds the reporting infrastructure to change that: reliable, reconciled, and built to survive the person who built it.
Proof / experience
Implemented a centralized data lake and global Power BI platform for a >$750M multinational — curated and self-service datasets integrating every division, region, retailer feed, and product information system. Cut month-end close from more than 30 days to 12 at a $2B public company, with reporting that stood up to SOX and external financial audits. Built a full DirectQuery financial reporting stack — P&L, balance sheet, trial balance, multi-currency (USD/MXN) — directly against manufacturing ERP GL data.
Cloud, Security & Microsoft 365
Microsoft's security and cloud estate is powerful — and routinely misconfigured. This practice covers the full Microsoft Modern Workplace and security stack, with compliance depth earned in environments where SOX, TISAX, and IATF audits are a real annual event, not a theoretical exercise.
Proof / experience
Built and ran the global security program at a >$750M multinational manufacturer: Sentinel SIEM, the full Defender stack, global MFA, a 90% reduction in privileged admin accounts, and a cross-functional SOC spanning IT, legal, and HR. Led TISAX and IATF 16949 compliance at a 10-facility automotive supplier. Maintained IT SOX compliance through multiple formal audits at a $2B public company. Migrated 450+ servers to Azure and regional data centers across 7 countries.
AI-Enabled Application Delivery
AI-assisted development isn't a press release here — it's how the work gets done. Agentic workflows, Claude Code, and LLM-augmented engineering applied with the same SDLC discipline as any other delivery: code review, automated testing, and security standards intact.
Proof / experience
Multiple production AI-enabled web applications delivered, including a four-surface booking platform (operator portal, consumer app, shared .NET API, mobile). The flagship: a 22K → 80K-line full-stack replatform delivered in under two months — work that would traditionally take a multi-developer team most of a year.

How we engage
Four ways to work together.
Fractional / ongoing
A defined number of hours per month as your embedded senior technology executive. Active, operational, accountable.
Project-based
Scoped deliverable, defined timeline, fixed accountability. Ideal for implementations, migrations, integrations, and reporting builds.
Rescue & stabilization
When something is already broken — a stalled implementation, a failed go-live, a partner who's lost the plot. We've rescued ERP programs that burned years and millions before we arrived. Direct triage, senior hands, no ramp-up theater.
Transaction & transition support
Carve-outs, acquisitions, sales, and wind-downs. We've supported IT and ERP/finance operations through public-company sale and liquidation, post-acquisition carve-out, and product-line shutdowns — including the SOX and financial audits that come with them.
Before any proposal
Tell us what's actually broken.
Most engagements begin with a direct conversation about the real problem — before any scoping. That call is free, and it's worth having.
