Custom applications, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Power Platform
Custom applications, customer portals, and middleware, plus Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Field Service, and Power Platform solutions on Dataverse.
Scope
What this covers.
We build the software that sits between and on top of your business systems: customer and operator portals that surface live ERP data, middleware that moves and validates transactions, APIs that expose business operations safely, and line-of-business applications on .NET and React. Every build is designed for the day it fails — visible exceptions, controlled retries, duplicate prevention, and traceable transactions — and you own the code, repositories, and documentation we produce.
On the Dynamics 365 side, we design and implement Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service solutions on Dataverse, and the Power Platform automation around them, connected to the ERP and operational data they depend on. I've led CRM programs as an in-house CIO and CTO and delivered them as a consultant alongside Microsoft partners, so the process design and the integration work come from the same place.

Integration platform replacement
Logistics visibility platform
Built and led a team that included four dedicated EDI and integration engineers, and personally developed an internal and customer-facing integration platform in Python, .NET, SQL Server, and modern APIs. It integrated logistics, transportation, customer, billing, POS, ERP, and analytics data and replaced expensive third-party integration platforms.
→ More than $300K in annual costs eliminated; recovered transaction fees representing approximately 30% of gross revenue.
Consulting engagement
Business Central customer portal with document integration
Built a full-stack customer-facing portal surfacing live Business Central data through the BC API, with SharePoint document integration via the Microsoft Graph API.
→ Customers self-serve on live ERP data with zero ERP licenses issued to customers.
In-house role · Consulting engagement
Amazon Seller and EDI order processing into NAV
Built an end-to-end order processing pipeline from Amazon Seller Central and EDI transaction sets into NAV — automating order intake, inventory updates, and fulfillment acknowledgment.
→ Multi-partner orders processed automatically into NAV without manual re-entry.
